Help children think of the Word of Wisdom choices. Learn which choices make us happy and healthy and which choices make us sad and unhealthy.

To Do puzzle match: Read instructions on puzzle to match up pictures and draw smile and frown faces. Draw a straight face on D&C 89:12 (as it tells us that meat should be eaten “sparingly”).
To Show-and-Learn: Place pictures next to scriptures so the scriptures show, or tape them over the scriptures at the top to create a flap. Encourage children to share this with their family.
